RECIPE BELOW: This delicious vegetable dish has a mild citrus peppery taste and it’s packed with a savory briny shrimp flavor along with some heat from the chili peppers.

Serves 4

Ingredients:
• 1.5 # Vietnamese/Malabar Spinach, cut & trimmed
• 4 cloves garlic, crushed
• 2-3 Thai chili peppers, trimmed & seeded *optional
• 1 Tbsp ground shrimp sauce/paste
• 1 Tbsp Shaoxing wine
• 1 Tsp seasoning salt -Watch video-S1Ep76-
• Olive oil for cooking
